We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in a quiet area near the lagoon was just perfect. The facilities were brand new and very well-maintained. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We had a great night's rest and woke up feeling refreshed. The pool by the lake was a great spot to relax, with comfortable outdoor chairs and a stunning view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the night porter who spoke English and even made us coffee at 5 am in the morning. we had a fantastic experience here!
This hotel is highly recommended to everyone!

Location on the lakeside was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The night porter greeted us with a smile and spoke English very well. The hotel has a taxi service, and the ride to the airport was timely.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and close to a large shopping center. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and offered a great view of the surrounding area. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
My experience at this hotel over the Christmas holiday was less than ideal. The room was very basic and lacked many of the amenities I have come to expect from a hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the view of the lake was amazing. the location was great, with easy access to shopping centers and transportation.
The reception staff was quite impolite and unprofessional. They barely spoke any English and offered no assistance upon our arrival with heavy luggage.
